Home Visitation Guidelines and Standards |
|
In Fall of 2004 the Government of Alberta along with the Ministry of Children's Services created the Guidelines and Standards for all provincial Home Visitation Programs. Each provincial region is unique and each program in the region is unique. The province acknowledges that programs must deliver services in a way that will touch the families they work with. The guidelines and standards were created to lay a foundation of expectations rather than a prescription of how to deliver services.
